So we broke news last week that Eddie Murphy wed Tracey Edmonds in Bora Bora and how People.com brings you the details in a photo diary of the wedding. Being that we love all things wedding around here, here's the exclusive on the nuptials.

It's their big day! Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds tie the knot during a sunset ceremony Jan. 1 before 25 friends and family on a private island off Bora Bora in French Polynesia.
HERE COMES THE BRIDE
Escorted by her father, Edmonds dazzles in a gown designed by Jill Baracci and stylist Sugia Nazel. When he saw his barefoot bride walk down an aisle flanked by tiki torches, Murphy told PEOPLE. "She was so beautiful – I was crying, and I'm not a crier!"
IT'S OFFICIAL!
Murphy kissed Edmonds on the cheek throughout the ceremony, but the funnyman sealed the deal with a big one. "It was a very passionate kiss," Edmonds told PEOPLE. "People were shouting we should get our own private island!"
BRIDAL PARTY
Joined by friends and family for the ceremony, Edmonds shares a warm moment with her bridesmaids. Missing, but not forgotten, were Murphy's and Edmonds' respective children; the couple wrapped strands of beads engraved with the kids' names around each other.
EMBRACABLE YOU
Murphy and his bride enjoyed a romantic dance – and they weren't the only ones on their feet at their reception. The newlyweds were treated to a performance by local fire dancers, and deejay Darrin Ebron had party guests grooving until 4:30 a.m. "It was beautiful," Murphy said. "I'm so happy, I'm over the moon."
