This is offensive to gay people everywhere. How dare 75% of you think we would be persuaded to support this anti-gay ticket just because the unqualified VP nominee's son campaigns for her! Believe it or not, we're not oversexed maniacs that base judgement solely on looks. Yes, he's somewhat attractive, NO I will NEVER support a ticket that plans to subjugate the American people with their radical views and revoke the rights guaranteed to us by the Constitution. 75% of you should be ashamed. You clearly have no clue about the dire consequences that can arise from a 3rd term election of a radical party that puts civil rights on a backburner to false religious doctrine. Oh, and by the way, if you listened closely to the facts, he'll be off fighting in Mr. Bush's $80 billion a month war, so there's no campaigning in his future anyway.
Look at it this way: 76% of the poll respondents think it's appropriate for a Veep's 18 year son to actively court the "Gay Vote." That's progressive, and the kind of compromise Republicans will NEED to make to win in 2008.
Or maybe many middle-of-the-road gay respondents really don't like the Obama-Biden alternative?
I voted for Ron Paul. I'm undecided.
The Anchorage Daily News and other outlets have reported that Track Palin, 18, son of Todd Palin and Alaska Governor Sarah Heath Palin, has enlisted in the U.S. Army. Gov. Palin has declined to comment. The Palin family wants to keep private some aspects of his decision, spokeswoman Sharon Leighow said.
What would be the private aspects for the decision
"I support my son's independence, and I am proud of his decision because he made it for the right reasons -- to serve his country," Palin said.
