Citizens Bancorp Update (CZBC)
According to this December 20 8-K, Citizens Bancorp (CZBC) voted in favor of the reverse split. Looks like I should be expecting my $23.50/share anytime, although it could take a while (as was the case with Harold’s Stores). This will make me a few hundred. I bought the stock at $20.55/share. It has since dropped to $15.25.
