Check out trans am concept cars and innovative custom trans-ams. The Pontiac Trans Am was Pontiac's main muscle car. Four distinct generations, based on Pontiac Firebird coupe body styles were produced between 1967 and 2002.
For those of you Pontiac fans who’ve been gravely saddened by the loss of the Pontiac brand, and thus the loss of the Trans Am forever, cheer up.

I have always wanted a first gen Firebird, and lately have been really wanting a Sprint. I am concerned, however, about aftermarket support. Build something interesting or just build a 400 or 326? It would certainly be easier to go V8, but where's the fun in having yet another N/A V8 F-body? TRAMS_AM

I haven't taken the time to look at one of these things in a while. What a sleek, striking design—despite the bloat. At one time I called this car "cheese," but now I think it's kind of one of the high points of American car design. A real gorgeous classic.
