Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (RCL) reported modest 2Q 08 results, in line with our estimates, amid a challenging economic environment. Although the company has lowered its FY 2008 EPS guidance and despite near term volatility in fuel costs, our outlook for the company remains unchanged. Therefore, we maintain our BUY rating for the NYSE common stock.
