By cthorman on  From arrowheadpride.com

So let me ask you, general manager Carl Peterson, if you are by any chance reading this. Would you rather have a decent Draft pick(s) that could materialize into cogs of our future championship runs, or would you forfeit taking any of...Read Full Story

Kansas City Chiefs Waive Linebacker Brian Johnston

By cthorman on  From arrowheadpride.com
via www1.pictures.gi.zimbio.com The Kansas City Chiefs have placed linebacker Brian Johnston on waivers according to Bob Gretz . (Here's a good definition of waivers .  For our purposes, waiving means he's been cut.) Johnston was a seventh round draft pick by GM Carl Peterson in 2008.  He was labeled a 4-3 defensive end when drafted, but was forced to outside linebacker in Todd Haley's 3-4 scheme. Since Johnston is not a four year veteran, he will enter waivers.  As Gretz points out...Read Full Story

Morning Update (Quiet Arrowhead Edition)

Maybe it's just the video quality but Arrowhead sounds pathetic in this clip from last weekend. The Kansas City Chiefs take on the Buffalo Bills this week. Make sure you check out Buffalo Rumblings for more information. They have a very active community over there so our FanPost exchange should be great. Bills lose to the Browns last night : "The Bills, once 5-1 on the season, now find themselves 5-5, losers of their last four games, and dead least in the AFC East - a division they...Read Full Story
