Trevor Booker is a junior power forward for the Clemson Tigers.

Nickname: Brooking

Strengths:
Booker is a big boy and he knows how to use his size to block and freeze defenders in the post and finish through. He also plays with a lot of energy, is quick on the court and has an explosive vertical game. Offensively he's a terror, shooting frequently and he possesses a lot of power around the rim.

Weaknesses:
Although Booker is a good size, he often relies on that to get him through his game. At times he seems lazy defensively, relying on his long arm reach to block shots, and his brute strength to defend. His free throw percentage could also us a little work, he's improved it drastically since his freshman year, but at only 63% for his career it could still use improvement.

Why to Watch:
Clemson faces Michigan in the first round of the tournament and there's no doubt that Booker's energy and athleticism will be a needed component to continue onto the next round. He's been a main contribute this season, watch for him to continue his dominance during the tournament.

Look for Booker to pop up in the 2009 draft and most likely go late in the first round. He needs a little work, but all-around he's developed into a superb athlete.
