Here is OnTheFlix’s best movie clip of 2008 . It just had to be Tom Cruise’s character , Les Grossman dancing to Ludacris’ “Get Back” song in “Tropic Thunder”. The absolute best part of last nights 81st Oscar Awards was Ben Stiller mocking Joaquin Phoenix’s meltdown on David Letterman (which he’s faking) last week. It’s good to see Ben Stiller finally being funny again. I was just about to write him off after “Tropic Thunder”. Maybe it was just me but I thought that movie was horrible. One of the potential nominees for Best Supporting Actor Academy is Kirk Lazarus…I mean Robert Downey Jr.
As we know Oscar season is approaching and Parmount Pictures are pushing their reminder of Downey’s work in “ Tropic Thunder ” who underwent a controversial procedure in order to play the role of the gritty black sergeant Lincoln Osiris. Check out one of the ads below which is great.
