Flyfishing the Delayed Harvest on the ( Hooch River )

We had the pleasure of Flyfishing the ( Delayed Harvest on the Hooch River just located on the outskirts of Atlanta Georgia. This is a Tailwater fishery with Shoal bass and Trout, we started fishing around 7:30 am and finished up around 5;30pm with Ken catching the last Brown Trout of the day. We
landed a total of 20 Trout and one Shoal Bass. Flies of the day were ( Mr.Copper size 6 , Orange post Adams Parachute #18's and Tan Caddis #14's and Olive body Wooly Buggers. Mr.Copper landed my first Brown of the day then I switched to dry flies during the rest of the day. Ken is a diehard fan of olive Wooly Buggers and done very well landing 9 nice Trout.

Mr.Copper designed by Steve ( Lambter) Lamb of GeorgiaFlyGuide..... for more info please check our sites... www.georgiaflyguide.com and www.flyfishblogger.com these are some great places to visit for Flyfishing!
