Our friends at Gaiam gave us a screener of this yoga DVD to test out.  Since I've been practicing yoga for almost ten years, I was very excited to try it out.   I generally go to class twice a week and practice once a week at home, so I thought it would be great to add a different yoga routine to my repertoire. As someone who has shopped Trudie Styler's closet, I know she has many interesting and unique pieces. Trudie does not do bland, and does not do safe, which is why I am not surprised her RM by Roland Mouret Kléber dress is modified. Unfortunately Trudie's modified version does not really work for me. The primrose yellow looks so out of place in-between the tweed. Maybe if the panel was grey I may have liked it. Designer Matthew Williamson obviously gives his high profile customers special treatment, as he was in store yesterday to help both Trudie Styler and Cheryl Cole pick out some ensembles. Trudie arrived at the store looking like she had already shopped there, wearing a Fall 2008 tapestry rose dress with a pink cardigan. Cheryl Cole arrived later, and the designer helped her pick out her green embroidered gown, which she wore last night to the National Television Awards .
