NewMark Merrill Mountain States has completed its purchase of Longmont's Twin Peaks Mall, the Longmont Times-Call reports.
NewMark Merrill was brought in to manage the property in October 2010. The company wound up as owner after striking a deal to purchase the 650,000-square-foot mall when lender Bank of America began foreclosure proceedings last fall against Twin Peaks' owner.
The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
