Extra: "Extreme Makeover home Edition" host Ty Pennington is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a hit-and-run driver. Daniel Seeck was riding his bicycle when he was struck by a vehicle at the corner of Arizona and 20th streets in Santa Monica. Seeck, an attorney, is a cousin of Pennington's co-manager Bill Stankey and is on life support at UCLA Medical Center.
