Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss have given up in their quest (sort of) to sue Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg -- meaning for now, they'll have to settle with just the $65 million they were awarded back in 2008. The former Harvard students and one-time colleagues of Zuckerberg, had been trying (fruitlessly) to appeal their 2008 ruling to the Supreme Court. Whether they "like" it or not, the Winklevoss twins are going to have to live with their previously agreed upon $65 million dollar Facebook settlement reached in 2008.
