A community portal about U Can't Touch This with blogs, videos, and photos. According to Wikipedia.org: U Can't Touch This was American rapper MC Hammer's most successful single. It propelled sales of its album, Please Hammer Don't Hurt'Em which became "the biggest-selling rap album of all time at ten million copies." The song heavily samples Rick James's " Super Freak "; Rick James is credited as a co-author. The lyrics, written entirely by Hammer, are in the boastful self-promotional style common in old school hip hop. They describe the rapper as having "toured around the world, from London to the San Francisco Bay " and as being "magic on the mic," which Hammer says combines with Rick James's "beat that you can't touch" to create the perfect rap song. While some critics, especially in the gangsta rap community, disliked the song, enough people approved of it to secure the Grammys for Best R & B Song and Best Rap Solo Performance, a brand new category at the time, for MC Hammer.

On her way to the tanning salon this week - as, presumably, every week - Paris Hilton sported what can only be described as MC Hammer trousers. Only: MC Hammer trousers with a twist. Can you spot what that is?
Meanwhile, back in Paris's pretty little head: she's...
By literally playing with house money, Charles Barkley managed to rack up a $400,000 bill last October at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort. For Barkley, losing big is nothing new, but this time, he went 7 months without paying it back. Now Steve Wynn wants his money and is looking to collect, but...
Since Street Fighter IV was announced, there's been a ton of reminiscing about Street Fighter II. And all of it's positive! How good it was, how great it was, how it brought your estranged parents back together, how it ended the war in Bosnia...all valid points, but you can't just remember the...
A'KEIBA BURRELL, the daughter of MC Hammer, was 10 when her father's once-epic music career disintegrated into a bankruptcy that forced the family to vacate its $20 million East Bay mansion.
Yeah, this was probably one of the more ridiculous things to ever find in my inbox: an early-1990s video of Myron Cope rapping about the Pirates to the tune of MC Hammer's You Can't Touch This.
