The U.S. Open is one of the most prestigious tournaments in the sport of golf.
Where might Tiger Woods make his first public showing - at least in a golf setting - in his post-accident, post-affair-scandal world? As we've noted a couple times, Woods' return to golf will almost certainly come at the Torrey Pines tournament the last few days of January. The tournament that used to be called the Buick Invitational, but now - without a sponsor - is going by the name of Century Club of San Diego Invitational.
