Ubuntu 12.04, codenamed “Precise Pangolin”, is the refreshing update of the 11.10 version. Applying a few changes in the user interface, this update looks quite advanced than the previous one.
Note: Few changes couldn’t be found in this update like the shutdown/ restart buttons popping up in a dialog box, new date and time settings feature and few more changes from the control panel.

After announced release Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangoline on April 2012, Canonical will no longer provide financial support to the development of Kubuntu .
