" Fate " Seeking to gain Sasuke's trust, Madara reveals to him the origins of Konoha. Madara and the future First Hokage founded the village long ago, but a rivalry between them would one day stem a chain of events leading to THAT night, the night that Itachi Uchiha annihilated the Uchiha Clan.

Summary: Madara grabs some popcorn and watches as Danzo unveils the Sharingan arm.  At this point, I’m surprised he doesn’t have a Sharingan in his chin X.  Elsewhere, Team 7 discusses getting Sakura back before she tries to kill Sasuke and makes a fool of herself.  Naruto hyperventilates and faints at the idea of being stuck [...]  

Sasuke and his team head on in their search to Itachi, while Naruto's team continues their search for Sasuke. Sasuke meets Itachi in a cave, fights an illusion and is told to come to the Abandoned Uchiha Stronghold. On their way, Sasuke's team is interrupted by a shadow clone of Naruto. The real Naruto quickly sends his team after Sasuke, but they are stopped by Tobi. Meanwhile, Sasuke passes on to his brother while his team, especially...

"Naruto was hands down Konoha’s most unpredictable ninja. This had been proven on many occasions, everyone agreed.[...]people who heard that Sasuke Uchiha, a male, was pregnant almost fainted and became overly curious on how that was even possible. And Naruto would smile proudly and place a hand on his future child's mother's shoulder. But as soon as everyone heard who the father was, all the surprisement disappeared from their expression...  

After Akatsuki successfully extracts Naruto and Naruto against all odds, survives, he becomes an orphanage director in Kirigakure. One of the best AU I've read about Naruto.
