Uma Thurman Coming to Boston - 11/7

Uma Thurman is going to be in Boston hosting the Room to Grow Fall Gala on November 7th. I'm trying to remember if she's been in town recently, and I don't think she has. I thought maybe she had won the Hasty Pudding award at some point, but the last two years were Renee Zellweger and Charlize Theron. Regardless, she's coming in about a week. Get your dancing shoes ready.

Room to Grow Fall Gala with special co-chair, Academy Award-nominated actress Uma Thurman. The Amherst, Massachusetts-raised star will lend her support to the deserving organization during its Marquee fundraising event at Boston Center for the Arts’ Cyclorama.

Also included in the evening are custom cocktails and delicious cuisine from Boston’s most accomplished chefs and restaurants including Rialto, Olives, Littlenecks Bar and Grill, Waterfront Grille, Tresca, Inn by the Sea, Avila Modern Mediterranean, BOKX 109, POE's Kitchen at The Rattlesnake, Eastern Standard, Lineage and The Fireplace.

Room to Grow's program provides parents raising babies in poverty with one-on-one parenting support and essential baby items throughout their children's critical first three years of life.
