A billboard meant to combat underage drinking uses a baby as its poster child. Drivers passing by on a highway in Connecticut are getting an eyeful. A powerful billboard urging parents to help stop underage drinking depicts a baby suckling a beer bottle to drive the message home. I know it is a real tired old argument—it's just that it is so compelling. If eighteen year olds are old enough to get their brains blown out in Iraq , then they are old enough to have a beer . DANBURY, Texas -- An alleged teen drunken driving incident led deputies to a teacher's home, KPRC Local 2 reported Friday. Brazoria County sheriff's deputies said two teenagers, who were stopped on suspicion of drunken driving, told them they drank alcohol at teacher Robin Ater's home in Danbury. "At the residence, we spoke to the homeowner and found beer cans and a receipt for beer bought earlier in the day," investigator Darrell Collins said. Ater, 52, told police she bought the beer. Georgia's last two home games are coming up fast, and as students prepare for them downtown, there are a few things they can do that will land them between jail cell walls rather than watching the game between the hedges. University Police Chief Jimmy Williamson said most underage drinking arrests occur when officers see people urinating in public or come upon people passed out.
