A billboard meant to combat underage drinking uses a baby as its poster child. Drivers passing by on a highway in Connecticut are getting an eyeful. A powerful billboard urging parents to help stop underage drinking depicts a baby suckling a beer bottle to drive the message home. DANBURY, Texas -- An alleged teen drunken driving incident led deputies to a teacher's home, KPRC Local 2 reported Friday. Brazoria County sheriff's deputies said two teenagers, who were stopped on suspicion of drunken driving, told them they drank alcohol at teacher Robin Ater's home in Danbury.
