Interpreting Jesus' Parable About A Certain King

Stanley Mathis MySpace Page

Jesus said, "Therefore the kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who wanted to settle accounts with his servants. And when he had begun to settle accounts, one was brought to him who owed him ten thousand talents."

"But as he was not able to pay, his master commanded that he be sold, with his wife and children and all that he had, and that payment be made. The servant therefore fell down before him, saying, 'Master, have patient with me, and I will pay you all.' "Then the master of that servant was move with compassion, released him, and foregave him the debt. But that servant went out and found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred denarii; and he laid hands on him and took him by the throat, saying, 'Pay me what you owe!' "So his fellow servant fell down at his feet and begged him, saying, 'Have patience with me, and I will pay all.'"

"And he would not, but went and threw him into prison till he should pay the debt. "So when his fellow servants saw what had been done, they were very grieved, and came and told their master all that had been done. "Then his master, after he had called him, said to him, 'You wicked servant! I foregave you all that debt because you begged me. Should you not also have compassion on your fellow servant, just as I had pitty on you?' "And his master was angry, and delivered him to the torturers until he should pay all that was due to him. So My heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother his tresspasses."

 Matthew 18:23-35

Comment: Again, Jesus is speaking of Himself, as Master, settling accounts with His servants from the house of Israel, which He had forgiven a servant his debt, only, for that servant from the house of Israel to go and grab a fellow servant of the Lord, from the house of Judah, by his throat wanting the money his fellow servant owed him.

All of us true Christians are aware of the fact that Jesus Redeemed, first, the daughters of Zion, and second, the sons from the house of Israel, and then, the whole world, only, if we believed His testimony, and obey His command to not be silent to bring about His harvest. This is why God placed a curse on the world and fed us wormwood ( through the false prophets ) so no one could understand His parables until these latter days. Also, notice how we never here the leaders of the churches, especially, on television, talk much about the daughters of Zion, the true heirs to the kingdom of heaven.

Two is the "Royal Number" of the kingdom. As you read Jesus' parables, imaging, in your mind that Jesus is speaking about His two kingdoms. The parable of the lost sheep ( one kingdom ) is about the kingdom of Judah. The parable about the ten virgins waiting on their bridegroom is about those Jews who believed, while waiting for Jesus to come, and those who didn't, wasted away their "truth oil" about Jesus' testimony against the leaders of the ten tribes of Israel, and thus, will be left, and not allowed to enter the New Jerusalem. Do you see how simple Jesus' words are to understand when you place the parables within the context of them being about the house of Israel, and the house of Judah?
