On the day the transportation staff for the McKinney County Jail arrived at Lou Sterrett, we were, myself, and my witnesses who were chained up with me and leaning against the wall while being processed out of Lou Sterrett to face the charges levied against us in McKinney, Texas, and who, because our property was in a large plastic bag and sitting on the floor right in front of us, saw me ask the officers if I could pick up my "Blue Walking Bag" to determine if my 300 personal documents (i.e. 2002 Marquis Who's Who in America galley proof, and six others, citation to join the International Platform Association, poetry publication galley proofs, and other invites, as well as my personal typescript copy of my manuscipt, titled, Visions of Business, and other concepts I authored) that I always kept with me? He said, "Of coarse!"

I was permitted to lift up my bag, and that's when we all discovered my documents had been stolen out of it while in Lou Sterrett's Property Room. After pleading with the lady (who listed all valuable property on the form they provided) to place my 300 documents on it, without any success, of coarse, and suspecting I was being set-up, this didn't surprise me.

Investigate my claims, and ask the prisoners who were chained with me on that day about what they saw? I knew something terrible was happening to me when they processed me to be placed on the mental ward after I told them I was homeless.

I later informed Jeff Richter, my court appointed attorney, many times, about me having done 5 years federal time on "Conspiracy to Defraud the United States Government" for being the mastermind of a check cashing ring that I was convicted for in Dallas, in 1982, the last time I really cheated, or stole from someone. The checks were given to me.

So after doing 5 years fed time paper hanging, I wouldn't be stupid enough to steal someone's check, and then, wash the ink off, as Jeff stated the District Attorney said, in his initial contact with me via letter while I was locked up in McKinney, Texas.

Those representing the State of Texas will problably tell you that I wasn't in my right mind when I walked into the ACCOUNT HOLDERS CREDIT UNION and cash Tyrone Hayes' check, in front of the cameras, I must add, with the addition of my THUMB PRINT on the back of the STOLEN CHECK.

Not even a crazy person would be dumb enough to do that and believe he, or she, would get away with it. How did I end up in this mess? I'll let my friends explain after I present the letters.

My Letter To Congressman Martin Frost

Dear Mr. Frost,

My name is Stanley Mathis, and I'm in need of your help? On Saturday, May 20, 1995, I called my friend in Israel by the name of Shmuel Hezi, whereby, he informed me of his government trying to have him committed to a mental institution, or have him killed because he expesses his sentiments ( through his songs ) about how his government is oppressing people who are considered black Israelites. He talks about how the blacks are inspired to do something about their conditions in his country, and they've chosen him to lead a soon to be revolution between white and black Israelites.

Shmuel sounded very frightened at the prospect of being killed, or committed to a mental institution, and would like to apply for Political Asylum because he's not free to expess his sentiments about the treatment of his people.

He also informed me of the fact that his government is also planning to assassinate recording star, Stevie Wonder. I don't know how true it is, however, I feel that this is matter that need to be investigated; for it involves the possible life, or death, of two men who are very respected and loved by many citizens from each country.

Just a wee bit out of context, but you just read some excerpts, of which our friends have copies of, from a psychiatric evaluation done for the State of Texas, in 2004, regarding Stanley Mathis' mental competence to stand trial on a $1200.00 hot check that was written out to Stanley by a stranger showing interest in Stanley's homeless situation at the time.

If a very well dressed stranger approached you while you were sitting waiting for the library to open, and after sharing with him your homeless situation, as well as the documentation of your accomplishments (i.e., citations, galley proofs, typescript of your book, invtitations, a few Who's Who bio requests, etc..) and he ask you to go with him, and then, when you reach his destination way out where you didn't know where you were, but were parked at the front doors of a credit union, and the stranger starts patronizing you about all your contributions to American society before proceeding to write ( you ) a check for $1200.00, in your name, and then, you check to see is his name by which he introduced himself as, is correct, and check to see, also, if the name on the check was the same as the one on the building, and they were, wouldn't you get out of the car and go inside of the person's credit union, and cash it, being that he tore the check out and handed it to you? They thought so, too.

And if you told a psychiatrist that the reason your brother moved out of your house was because his dog, when he saw your brother headed out the door, always charged at him trying to bite him, would you expect the psychiatrist to report your testimony in the manner stated, above? Stanley's brother, Michael, didn't think so either.

Stanley is a man whom ( they ) knew was focused, before, they sent their out of state contact to him. They will never admit to having played a roll in Stanley being set up, but we're certain that some talented investigator out there will take interest in the small metaphors/parodies offered in the two movies, "Eagle Eye, and Hancock," as some elements of them does coorbarate events that actually happened in this man's life.

And it's obvious from the lies that's been fabricated against Stanley in Texas' pyschiatric world, that, there are some people who are after him because of that "WHITE ASIANS" statement reported by James G. Shupe, and because he wrote an " EXPOSE' " about the Texas Lotto being a con on the citizens of Texas. The man blushed (turned red) when Stanley shared the good news about how GOD was blessing him in his life.

The non black Jews , as well as Keith, and Marnie Scarborough, owners of Masterpiece Printing & Graphics of Dallas, were the only people that really showed true interest in Stanley while he was homeless and sleeping on park benches, and on the concrete beside the library in downtown Dallas. Take Stanley's photo and ask some of the "LIFERS" in the homeless community at Austin Street Centre, about him.

The information about Stanley's Jewish friends, though absent, was also shared with Dr. Shupe who obviosly had other plans? Stanley was invited off the streets to live with Larry Holtzman, a non black Jew, and a true friend of Stanley who also designed most of his posters. Masterpiece Printing and Graphics designed the others. A couple of other non blackJews used to come and pick Stan up, downtown, to take him out for coffee, and to eat, which Stanley shared with Dr. Shupe.

They thought Stanley was so dumb that he wouldn't recognize their "WHITE ASIANS CODE" languish being used in Dr. Shupe's report.

The pyschiatric wackos loaded his medical file up, we're certain, with more lies to further taint this man who was, already, at that point, a two times loser. But Stanley hadn't been convicted of any crime in 21 years, by 2003.

They kept Stanley for a period of 5 months, on a 3 month evaluation, initially, ordered by the courts because he was still requesting a trial for being innocent of cashing a check written out to him.

Fortunately, Stanley had young Levi, a former local high school basketball standout Center, and a non practicing Jew whom Stan shared some things with during their short friendship. Levi was Stan's guardian angel who really took a special interest in him because, they, the caretakers, who really knew Stanley, because they played chess, cards, and dominoes with him, didn't understand why he was there?

Ask the young male caretakers who watched over Stanley during his stay at Wichita Falls. There are some people in America who are heavily into spying, especially, on black men of resources, mainly to steal ideas, and such, from them. They're also trying to create caos among our citizens. I see things being done, via our media, and Hollywood, to black men what was done to their people, in Germany, and think we can't see it?

What do you think the new Vampire movie, "Underworld," is all about? It's a parody about the rise of black people, and that's a frightening prospect to some who enjoy their perks and benefits of being a white male, in America. Our white sisters have been oppressed for too long, also. So the future is also about their rise to be what they're called to be.

But what the movie is designed to do is going to backfire on the evil ones. Yahweh has warned the evil ones who are joined to the non believing Gentiles, to straighten up, and you guys continue to try and be clever through your use of languish, or, as you all say, "Power Words!" The angels of GOD are listening, and we are no longer afraid. And the young are no longer dumb. Leave Stan alone! You've stolen enough from him!!

Calling For National Legislation

We're calling for, and there should be legislation passed in Congress that says, "A psychiatrist may have no conversations with their prospects and/or patients without a tape recorder on, so their reports, and record will accurately reflect all that is said within the session".

Stanley has never used the term, "white Asian people". He never made those statements, above. They were all taken out of context by the Psychiatrist in question. Will some civil rights attorney help Stanley right the wrong that has been committed upon him? This is about ruining a redeemed man's good name.

Do you see the "Eagle Eye" in the center of Stanley's poster, above? We believe these two posters, with the above eagle eye, is the inspiration for the title of the new movie release that Steven Spielberg is Executive Producer of, titled, you guest it, "Eagle Eye".

The ( plot ) centers around a young man, a twin, after attending his brother's funeral, being set-up (or activated) by his federally employed father who gave ( him ) what amounts to a "hot check" that the young man cashed at an ATM machine.

Upon entering his apartment, immediately after cashing the $751,000.00 activation check, Jerry was contacted on his cell phone and informed that he'd been "activated by our government," and that the F.B.I. was going to be storming into his apartment in 24 seconds to arrest him on conspirary charges of terroism.

You see, Jerry Shaw, that's his character's name, had been further set-up with all kinds of weapons, passports, and such, so as to make the charges stick.

The lady on Jerry's cell phone says to him, next, "Your destination is the Mathis Train Station! We will guide you there!!"

You should watch the movie. Stanley says that when Bill Bob Thorton had Jerry in for interrogation that Jerry sounded just like him when Stan was trying to explain to his court appointed attorney, Jeff Richter, about the stranger who obviously sent to Stanley on this particular morning outside the Dallas Main Public Library, Downtown.

It's an eye opener to why all the cameras are everywhere throughout communities in America. Satan is always watching the undesirables who are condemned, which Stanley has been for over 20 years, and for the most part, the righteous who tries to help them, and truthful citizens, like you, who will stand up and testify to such acts occuring.

Believe us when we tell you that there are people determined to destroy this man's good name. Stanley Mathis, his surname, meaning, a Gift of Yahweh, in Febuary of 2004, was arrested in Downtown Dallas ( after having not committed a felony in over 20 years ) for a check he received from a man claiming he wanted to help Stanley with his homeless situation, whom Stanley, when he first looked upon him, thought was a professional football player because he was so huge, and very well dressed.

This man, with midwesterner's accent, introduced himself to Stanley as Tyrone Hayes in conversation on this particular morning, while Stan, and many, many others were waiting for the Main Library in Downtown Dallas to open so he could continue on with his projects, at the time, while he was living in homeless shelters after the sudden death, in 2001, of his mother at Charlton Methodist Hospital, in Dallas, which seriously need to be investigated.

The First United Methodist Church, because Stan attended Bible study under Associate Pastor, Jay Cole, three times a week within their facilities, new Stanley very well. So when his mother died at Methodist Hospital, on May 7th, 2001, Stanley did have a problem with that considering he was there, at home with his mother, and saw nothing close to a heart attack after the medics stood reading a machine, and gently asking her to, simply, breath into the oxigen mask for about 20 minutes. She was sitting up and wide awake and everything when they finally left with her.

Stanley followed them in because his mother appeared to be fine, and not in need of he being in the way of the medics, just in case something did happen? It was about 3 hours, later, while Stanley was waiting for word in their waiting room that a doctor came down to inform Stanley that his mother had died of a massive heart attack and that her brain had been dead for 45 minutes. Stanley suspected, then, that forces were trying to get him out of his confort zone.

After all, Stanley was definitely a changed man, and considered a hermit by his relatives and close friends who never really knew the bad side of Stanley. A man whom he, and many of his very well known "Nortorious" friends throughout the Dallas playa's, and hustlers, community of real street wisdom, and descernment. People, who when you go and ask about them to others who were close to them, will tell you, that, these ex-cons were very smart, and some quite brilliant. Ya'll bragg on John Dillinger, Bonnie and Clyde, Jessie James, and Billy the Kid, as well as make fortunes on thier estates. They're great and are featured on our History Channel! We hope to see Stan featured on the History Channel, oneday?

Brothers like, Little Kenneth Ray Brown, a very handsom man whom all the young intelligent women adored, and who truly had the "Gift of Gab" in his youth, but ended up, while he was an Associate Pastor at Golden Gate Baptist Church, shooting a man in the head and killing him over the guy disrespecting him, Kenneth, by jumping on his sister. You know there's a lot disrespecting going on in our black community, and our balck gang leaders need to be dealing with that. Love the game! Take care of it!! Grow it! Invest in it!! Trust it!!!

Stanley had picked Kenneth up about a week before this had taken place, and had a very heart felt talk with him about trying to stay focus on his talents, which were expressing his feeling, and thoughts, singing, preaching, and anyone will tell you that Kenneth Brown, though he is an unfortunate story, in Dallas, was a gifted and special man, and one who also did time with Stanley at Seagoville F.C.I.

Staney tells us that Kenneth was a good man who was tire of seeing bullies in our communities clown the defenseless, and that's the way he probably felt that night. Kenneth was a good spirit who smiled quite often, but you didn't want to cross him. Aren't many of us like that? But we don't excuse the taking of an innocent life!

And Stanley, having done some of everything from conning, playing, pimping, to jacking, and concluded it all with a "Most Congeniality Award" while in federal prison, in 1984. And that was among everyone, Irish, Germans, Italians, Columbians, Americans, Africans, and everyone else in his building of 150 inmates. Does that sound like a mad man? Why so popular?

Well, Stanley grew up in South Oak Cliff, and was raised among his mother's 7 brothers, with her baby brother being 7 months older than Stanley, and was very competetive, as Stanley was, in football, basketball, baseball, swimming, and track, with the latter two being Stanley's weakest events.

But it's because Stanley was always one of the best, and was always chosen to play, at just about any sport, or game he played, is why he was very popular in prison. Stanley was even allowed to wear a "BOW TIE" while working outside the gates in the administrative offices with the free world citizens.

Bid wiz, spades, coon, which he learned while there, dominoes, pool, tennis, poker, and many other sports, like, soft ball, hand ball, racquet ball, ping pong, which Stanley drew crowds of inmates to gather to watch him slaughter many Africans brothers talking about how they played for their country in the Olympics. The inmate at Seagoville Federal Correctional Institution, who did time with him, called Stanley Chili Red, because he had the "Gift of Gab," and skills, then, that would make a person wanna do something to him. Stanley never really had problems with people bullying him in his life. His personality, and passion made him likeable

Stanley Mathis is the kind of man Kelvin "Big-K" Jenkins, former Golden Glove Heavyweight Champion of Dallas who was trained by Michael Irvin's bodyguard, who practically, as raised my son, Arron, David Wells, and young Albert "Mann" Davis, once, a very good prospect who Jonior Middlewieght Boxer in the Junior Olympics, before, falling off a horse and breaking his back, and his uncle who boxed his way through the Army, Alfred "Cold Steel" Waites, love, admire, and respect.

Will someone monitor the well being of Stanley Mathis who just keep getting up after the angels of Satan knocks him down?

They're drawing off of Stanley's life's work, and story, and sharing none of the profits with him, nor do they ever acknowledge that these movies are inspired by things that has happened to him in his life. These are people who hate blacks, and many other minorities they steal from. T

Shuckey Duckey, the Bus Driving Comedian, was a "Home Room Classmate" of Stanley Mathis at O.W. Holmes Junior High. Cecil will tell you that Stan has never been dumb, or crazy. Though a little mischievious, Stanley was a leader in class is what Cecil will tell you.

Stanley lost his closest uncle, in 2001, the same year he lost his mother, and one year after losing his grandmother. But it was his uncle, Jeffery "Squirt" Waites, who always challenged Stanley because he was such sensitive kid who could very easily feel others pain. Stanley has always sought the mind and heart of individuals, even, as a child, so you really had to watch how you spoke to him.

The great John "J.J." Jefferson, former Wide Receiver with the San Diego Chargers, also, played football with Stan's uncle Squirt at O.W. Holmes when he went by the name of John Washington. Stanley was always being recruited by coach West, Tubby, Ockleberry, Price, and Chop Chop, for playing Quarterback, but he had other things on his mind. But Stanley did start as a Pitcher for the school.

Pamela Oliver, the NFL on the field football game anylist, is another person who might not remember Stanley, because he was shy, but certainly remember his classmates, and running bddies, David Griffin, Thomas Haggar, and Bernard "Boxsco" Carroll. Stan was the smart one whom they all copied from is what they'll tell you.

They were always together, when times permitted it, representing their class of very sought after young men, at O.W. Holmes. In fact, in their last year there, David, Thomas, and Stanley were entered into the school's "Most Handsomness Contest," whereby, David, who was the sharpest dressing young man at school, whom all the females were crazy about, won it hands down, with Thomas placing second, and Stanley third, but they were all from the same Home Room.

We're only trying to give some accurate perspective on a man whom many "because they are evil" are trying to curse this man because of the fearing they knew him to be the one to understand the prophecies.

You see. Stanley's nearest relatives, whom his, uncle Larry, gave him the nickname, Jew Boy, will tell anyone that he's a changed man, and has been this way since GOD has given him his calling in life, in 1987. They know Stanley loves to talk about inspirational things, being creative, innovative, compassionate, optimistic, and knowing GOD. We, here, can talk your ears off if you're open to logic, and truth? Stanley's the one in his family whom his own mother, who was the rock, always told him, "Stanley. You think you know everything. But I must admit that you would be a good teacher because, you have a way of seeing, and explaining things in a way that is simple, and make sense to the common people". When she didn't the answers, Stanley mother would ask him. And Ms. Johhnie Jewel Mathis Justice was noted, after graduating from her high, as being on the smartest student in her school's history. She was offered a scholarship to the University of Texas, in 1957, while pregnet with Stanley, and was asked to help with the teaching of classes during that same time at her high school.

Stanley is a man who prayed, in prison, and asked our Father to send him prophets, or wisemen, so he may learn things that will cause people to know that Yahweh still exists. Stanley was a broken spirit for bad, and started to seek good. And any person, or investigative reporter who don't believe Stanley did these things, in prison, we simply ask you to investigate the 1987 records of Seagoville Federal Correctional Institution, like the way it's done on television, and locate those who were in the "same building" with Stanley Mathis, whom everyone knew as, "Chili Red," and asked around about whether Chili Red had ever spoke to other inmates about when he got released, Stanley said he was getting off the hustle, and was going to straighten his but up and become a great man in American history".

And then, again, you can always ask Stanley's nearest relatives who has ridiculed, been talking about how crazy he is for believing in GOD, and has shunned him since his release, even, up to this day. They think to be a man of our Father one must become perfect, or something? That's a trick of the devil. Stanley just most honest, more giving of his thoughts, and spirit, and more considerate than most. They don't think Stanley want anything in life because, though he offers all of what you are about to explore, here, Stanley no longer has a car, or his own home, and has never had a credit card, or been a father to his children, and grandfather to his grand children, but he's still trying.

Stanley, after he was arrested, had to fire his court appointed attorney, Jeff Richter, for tricking him into agreeing to a psychiatric evaluation only to have curses written against him. Are you guys hearing us?

Lies like, Stanley said the reason he had leave his brother's home, when he lived with him after their mother's death, was because he couldn't get along with his brother's dog. Worded it as such to imply that Stanley is sitting talking to dogs, or something? When all Stanley told this man was that their dog didn't know him that well, and because the dog sensed Stan's fear of his big but, he would chase him out the house sometimes trying bite his fingers off the door nob. That simple.

The public wouldn't believe how these people in the psychiatric field just sit up and smiled in people's faces while making up these rediculously fabricated fantisies about whatever comes to their greedy brains.

Thank you Steven Spielberg for adding elements of what happened to our friend, Stanley Mathis. We don't know if you're a friend, or foe? But we do know you know.

There was a complete disregard for Stanley's right to "Due Process of the Law" by the State of Texas that allowed the system to railroad him into their mental institution for his destruction and their gain by selling Stanley's story as parodies to Hollywood Executive Producers in the form of "Eagle Eye, as well as the movie, Hancock".
