Lightning strikes twice. The Flyers have traded the rights to scoring enigma Vaclav Prospal to the Tampa Bay Lightning in exchange for the 7th overall pick in the upcoming 2008 NHL Entry Draft. The Lightning and Flyers kicked off the trade frenzy tonight with the bolts sending Vaclav Prospal to Philadelphia in exchange for Alexandre Picard and a conditional pick in the 2009 draft. Pretty good deal for both sides, really. The Lightning aren’t going anywhere this season, and the Flyers need some help.
