Keeping the Weight Off with Valerie Bertinelli

Valerie Bertinelli has lost more than 40 lbs., and the actress is sharing her secrets for staying slim with a new exercise DVD and book! Bertinelli tells "Extra" she has an addiction to food and is a self-proclaimed binge eater. With the help of Jenny Craig, Valerine dropped the weight -- and knows staying thin is the real challenge. In the star's exercise DVD "Losing It" and book "Finding It" she reveals her trick is a calorie counter. The 49-year-old says she's even kept her calorie counter on while "getting busy" with longtime boyfriend Tom Vitale. Valerie also tells "Extra" she's been with Tom for over 5 years, but don't expect the couple to tie the knot. "Tom and I exchanged rings awhile ago. If we do get married, we want to get married to each other, but I really don't want to do the seating chart" she explains. "Losing It" and "Finding It" are in stores now.
