Lush Vegan Soaps

I am a big fan of soap bars, all types but have a special affinity for vegetarian, vegan, and eco friendly soaps. I’m always on the lookout for cool bars and providers.

I was browsing the vegan cosmetics site Lush, and they have a solid vegan soaps section. I really digg their thorough product descriptions, including how they delineate the ingredients into Black (which = safe synthetic) and Green (which = natural and /or organic). They also specify which of their products are 100% vegan, as opposed to just vegetarian, with a round green letter V.

Besides vegan soaps; they also have a slew of vegan shampoos, vegan gels, and other items that are animal (and animal-byproduct) free.

The soaps pictured above are the karma orange spice and the bohemian lemon drop. I am going to order the Bohemain Lemon Drop, and see how it is. It looks great, and with the ingredients listed, it should lather up well. Plus i love lemony scented soaps.
