Online advertising and content syndication network Adconion Media Group said Tuesday that it acquired "certain assets" from beleaguered Web TV startup Joost. Initially known as The Venice Project, Joost was the talk of the town back in 2007 when it was founded by the same entrepreneurs -- Niklas Zennstrom and Janus Friis -- who brought the world Skype and Kazaa.
