A judge denied Yvette Monet’s request to turn a temporary restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Verne Troyer into a permanent one yesterday, after determining that Verne was not a threat to her safety.
Yvette originally accused Verne of calling her a hooker and threatening her over the phone. She also told the judge that she was afraid that Verne would send a friend out to kill her.

Model Yvette Monet’s request for a temporary restraining order to be made permanent against Troyer was today dismissed by a judge in a Los Angeles court.
Monet split from the Mini-Me star a few months ago and since the break-up, she has claimed that she has lived in fear of her life after receiving threatening messages from the 2ft 8in-tall actor.
