Vic Mizzy, 'Addams Family' Composer, Dies at 93

Vic Mizzy passed away in his Bel-Air home on Saturday, his manager confirmed today. His agent did not know the cause of death. Mizzy was 93. According to, Mizzy is best for the tunes he created for the 1960s sitcoms Green Acres, but in the 1940s and '50s he also wrote songs recorded by the likes of Doris Day and Billie Holiday.
