Two local Society of St. Vincent de Paul Conferences (groups of year-round volunteers called ‘Vincentians’) are still in need of Thanksgiving donations to help feed homeless, disadvantaged and working-poor families and individuals. Help Us Help Others! COMPTON Society of St. Vincent de Paul’s Our Lady of Victory (519 E. Palmer St) • Food Baskets – Frozen turkeys, carrots, celery, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, vegetables, four, sugar, butter and fruit for 30 families. • Financial Gifts – Monetary donations to help purchase the needed food.
