VPOD: Start Harping

Holly Harp may have been born in Buffalo but she captured Hollywood's heart when she opened her shop on Sunset Boulevard in 1968. And while her husband once described her fashions as "somewhere between here and Mars," Henri Bendel and Bergdorf Goodman disagreed and started carrying her designs in the 1970s.

"Being dressed in perfect taste is very aging," Holly once said.

And this perhaps explains her pairing in today's VPOD: a Grecian-inspired matte jersey asymmetrical top with tapered trousers. Both pieces bear her famous lace label and together they are an unbeatable combination of comfort and glamour.

They're a wonderful find for a vintage fashionista!
