Violet Affleck

Pajiba is reporting, and the author is confirming, that Chris Pine is attached to star in the film adaptation of Marcus Sakey's debut thriller The Blade Itself. The novel was optioned not long after its early 2007 publication date by Ben Affleck, who had just brought Dennis Lehane's novel Gone Baby Gone to the screen.
