A gunman attacked Virginia Tech's campus on April 16th, 2007 and killed over 20 people in the worst school shooting in US history. Seung-Hui Cho has been named as the shooter. However, police have reported that the gunman was killed during the shootings.
At 9am Cho sent a package of video and pictures to NBC News. The material shows Cho, the gunman in the Virginia Tech school shootings, holding a knife, hammer, and bullets - as well as pointing his gun at the camera. “This may be a very new, critical component of this investigation,” said Col. Virginia Tech student Seung-Hui Cho murdered 32 students and faculty and then died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, on April 16, 2007. Memorials sprang up all over town and on campus for the 32 victims. Curiously, several had an extra memorial added to remember Cho who some feel was a victim of the system.
