Virtual Console & Wii Ware: Toki Tori, Ninja Combat

Three games combined for Wii Ware and Virtual Console today.

The most interesting-looking of them all is Toki Tori, a puzzle game starring a pear-shaped chicken and a bunch of boxes and stuff. I'll clean out the fridge later this week and download it, although you'll have to wait a little while for my impressions. Can you hold out? Can you save your $10, or is the tiny chicken's adorable face going to convince you to drop your cash with no knowledge whatsoever of whether this game is any good?

Also arriving today is Ubisoft's $10 shooter Protothea (don't have nearly enough top-down space shooters on the Wii yet), and the classic Neo Geo game Ninja Combat at $9.

Yeah, Virtual Console is taking it on the chin from WiiWare. Maybe this'll reverse once the first wave of launch-window titles are out?
