Vivica A. Fox pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor counts of DUI in a Van Nuys, Calif. courthouse on Thursday. The actress did not appear in court. The plea was entered by her attorney, Richard Hutton, who previously represented Paris Hilton. On March 20, Fox was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to the California Highway Patrol. Fox has been officially charged misdemeanor DUI from her March arrest.The 43-year-old actress was arrested for Driving Under the Influence on March 20 this year after she passed a marked police car while going 80 mph on freeway.Fox was found to be driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent.Spokesman for the L.A.
