Fox has been officially charged misdemeanor DUI from her March arrest.The 43-year-old actress was arrested for Driving Under the Influence on March 20 this year after she passed a marked police car while going 80 mph on freeway.Fox was found to be driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent.Spokesman for the L.A.
