I've been writing this blog for over 1 year and have finally come to realize something. Most of my readers are waiters. WTF! Where are all the banquet managers? Don't get me wrong, I sincerely appreciate all of you fellow road warrior waiters. Without all of you I wouldn't have a job. A few weeks ago Linda and I went out to dinner at a fairly nice restaurant. It wasn’t a five-star restaurant, but you could expect to pay $25-$30 per meal. "Do me a favor, fax this for me". Then a half hour later, "Call the florist and order 4 centerpieces for the restaurant".
