With Wal-Mart taking a beating today and Target rising on an estimate beat….it might be time to scale out of Target and move into Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart is the one retail stock to own. If you look across the retail sector Wal-Mart’s same store sales actually went UP in December. The reason the stock took a beating today is because same store sales didn’t increase as much as the street wanted…come on guys…we all knew that December was going to be horrible…Wal-Mart’s same store sales went up in December need we say more. For those who didn’t get long WMT last January now it is time to look at it again!
