Speedy Sneakers Walking and Running clubs for women started on March 22 2008. Since that time, Speedy Sneakers has helped over 50 women in just one location meet many of their personal fitness goals. With the early morning rain, it seemed that the race may be cancelled, but as the sun came up the weather changed and the race was a go. Speedy Sneakers Walking and Running Club members came out and had a fun time running through Glacier Ridge Metro Park. We were also entertained by "the coach" Wood Hayes impersonator.
