NEW YORK, March 18 (Reuters) - The Cleveland Cavaliers' chances of winning the Eastern Conference suffered a jolt Wednesday when guard Wally Szczerbiak was lost for up to three weeks with a knee sprain. Szczerbiak, a nine-year veteran averaging 7.1 points and three rebounds, hurt the knee during the third quarter of Tuesday's 97-93 win over the visiting Orlando Magic.
