NEW YORK, March 18 (Reuters) - The Cleveland Cavaliers' chances of winning the Eastern Conference suffered a jolt Wednesday when guard Wally Szczerbiak was lost for up to three weeks with a knee sprain. Szczerbiak, a nine-year veteran averaging 7.1 points and three rebounds, hurt the knee during the third quarter of Tuesday's 97-93 win over the visiting Orlando Magic. An MRI revealed the sprain to the medial colateral ligament (MCL) of his left knee, leaving Szczerbiak on the sidelines with other injured veterans Ben Wallace and Eric Snow.
