Advice for your walmart application:

  1. Spellcheck.  Be sure to spell each and every word correctly.  Ask a friend to help proof-read the application or type your sentences into a computer that has a spellcheck program (such as Microsoft Word)
  2. Apply in only one language, preferrably english.  Do not use more than one language within the same document
  3. Make sure that all of your contact information is accurate.  Double check the address, phone number, etc
  4. Provide accurate job and educational history.  Walmart will do a background check.  It is better to be upfront about all past history.
  5. Follow up with a thank you note.  Immediately after having your first interview, write a short thank you note and drop it off with the customer service desk at walmart.  They will be able to deliver it to the person who interviewed you.
Good luck
