Kindly assist me rsolve a problem with my wall-mart appliction. I once applied for a wall-Mart job and had to travel overseas to bury my elder brother at the time of hiring. That was six months ago. Was advised to wait for a couple of months to to reapply, which i did last week. The application process requirs a 4 digit PIN, which i created. But system prompted me to use the one I created when I initially applied for the job several months ago. This was where my nightmare began I have no recollections of the PIN I used several months ago. The system then instructed me to contact the Wall-Mart store where I was to be hired when i apllied six months ago. It indicated the store will be able to pull my records and retrieve the PIN. This process has ben very disappointing. You counter very confrontatioanl personnel officials, who tell you they have no way of retrieving the PIN created during the application proscess. For several weeks now i am grounded, with no means to apply for a job at wall mart. Any help will be appreciated. Regards, John Quaye.

im appling for walmart and it asks me for a pin. that i don't have..

KoKobeng108, First and foremost, your sentence structure and spelling indicates you are, at best, applying for a minimum wage position. I suspect there are thousands ahead of you. However, If you are seeking a higher position, you need to create a "personal selling point" to identify your assets. Think about what it is that you are really good at. In regards to the pin, always use the year you were born. It is, for most people, difficult to forget. All Wal-marts hiring "percentages" are obviously not the same. Location is key. If the hiring percentage is down in your area and the unemployment rate (or percentage) in you area is high, odds are, no matter what your qualifications are, there will be many, many other people applying for the same position when one opens up. It is therefore extremely important that you make sure that they know YOU are "special" and can produce more work for the money they are offering for the position. Productivity! is what they are looking for. Show them you are the best for the position and can perform your job and save them money. Good Luck, BLC.
