Protestant Church Compares Senator Obama to Osama bin Laden
This is kind of looks like the definition of an alien landing pad protestant church. Take a look for yourself at what they did in the small town of Jonesville, South Carolina.
Now, tell me, how many ways is this wrong? I count four.
ONE: Senator Barack Obama is no more related to Usama bin Laden than the pastor of this church.
TWO: This is character assassination of a man who’s trying to run an incredibly positive campaign.
THREE: Such political speech should violate the Jonesville Church of God’s tax status.
FOUR: The IRS hasn’t already come down on them and seized the church’s property as payment for back taxes owed.
Did I miss anything? Seriously, this is probably one of the most immature attacks people launch against Senator Obama and it’s getting incredibly old. Barack Obama is a Christian man who got in trouble because he was so close to his Christian pastor. Barack Obama is not a Muslim and he most certainly is not a terrorist.
Back in late 2004 when I had just gotten this website started, I saw what the Democrats were doing when we were in the minority and I vowed NEVER to give fellow conservatives a free pass if, when we were again in the minority, they EVER acted so foolishly as the liberals did then.
I have news for you. Those of you out there who think this is acceptable are acting WORSE than the Democrats did. I’d say you should be ashamed of yourselves, but I’m ashamed enough for all of you right now.
