I purchased one of these and absolutely loved the length of time it kept a beverage cold. I since purchased a second one because of product satisfaction. The only problem is that one of these has since cracked down the whole side and one is now useless. This happened in the freezer somehow. I am currently writing Duck House to see if a replacement is possible. Neither of these pieces were purchased from the merchant selling so this is no indication that the seller is offering less than perfect products.
