The Warren Arts and Culture Center is gearing up for an art opening and reception for local watercolor artist Celia Knapp this weekend.
The opening reception is scheduled for Sunday, from 2-4 p.m., and will highlight 30 watercolor paintings by Knapp, an alumni of Edinboro University, along with a piece by local artist Chris Mesme.
