Hoodia Gordonni And Oprah Winfrey
Hoodia has been connected with many a celebrity over the last decade - none moreso than American chat show queen Oprah Winfrey.
Oprah’s connection with Hoodia Gordonii diet pills was formed in the summer of 2005, much later than other milestone connections such as the BBC’s Tom Mangolds’ Hoodia Gordonii article in 2003.
After Oprah’s article in her official magazine “O” Hoodia seemed to reach new heights - the American public seem to rate Oprah’s opinion extremely highly and gloss over the fact that Oprah has never stated unequivocally that she recommends or has ever used a Hoodia diet product.
HoodiaGuide is pro Hoodia but we have to draw attention to this fact - as many commercial Hoodia products have used the Oprah connection to their advantage directly referencing Oprah Winfrey endorsing their specific brand.
The Oprah - Hoodia Article
The July issue of O magazine featured a ghost written article entitled Diet Pills, The Next Generation - the article was a generalisation about slimming supplements, diet pills and appetite suppressants, highlighting Hoodia as a possible best of breed.
Whether Oprah Winfrey has used a Hoodia product is speculation and has no fact associated with it.
