The increasing rate of obesity is getting very alarming, people tend to ignore the health risks involved up until they're actually getting sick.
The most common cause of obesity lies in our eating habits. Unfortunately, people tend to disregard the fact that poor eating habits will have a serious effect in their health overtime, you will often hear somebody saying "I'm still young, I have a lot of time to lose weight" or "I'm going exercising later so I'm going to burn this anyway". Sounds familiar? People always procrastinate up until it's too late. To give you an idea just how serious you should be in watching your weight.
