We all need a snack sometimes. The trick is to only have a small snack, and only once every so often. Keep score, follow the weight watcher point guide, and make sure that your snack is only 1 weight watcher point. Snacks can add up points fast if you don't watch out.

Here are some good suggestions that I found while surfing the web. If you have more ideas that come in at only 1 weight watcher point, add them to the list.

Sugar-Free Jello Pudding
Simple snack and only one weight watcher point

Weight Watchers Smart Ones
A fudgesicle for only 1 point

Fat Free Oscar Meyer Frank
One turkey hot dog, one weight watchers point

Fat Free Lucerne Frozen Yogurt Bars
Only 1 weight watchers point and it is almost like (well sort of) ice cream

Fruit Roll-Up
Not a candy, but sort of like candy, and only one weight watcher point

Granny Smith Dried Apple Rings
12-15 rings = one weight watchers point

Weight Watchers is the best overall diet plan, according to new Consumer Reports research.
 

"A balanced, low-fat diet plus weekly meetings give this large commercial weight-loss program the highest long-term adherence rate of any diet in our analysis," Consumer Reports said.

The diet's point system encourages the consumption of low-fat, high-fiber meals, while weekly group meetings and weigh-ins provide behavioral support.
