The recipes included in this cookbook are really tasty. I don't "do" WeightWatchers, but I wanted a cookbook with healthier meal options. The only problem I have with the recipes is that it seems that a lot of them take a long time to prepare... I don't have a lot of time for that, chasing after a 3-year-old! But the ones I have tried are worth the effort!

Weight Watchers New Comlete Cookbook has a wonderful collection of recipes, from good basic food to fancy dishes. With these recipes, we are eating great tasting, nutricious meals and we don't feel like we are dieting at all.

The book was in excellent condition. So far we have tried 2 recipes, "Southern Oven 'Fried' Chicken", which we added Lemon Pepper and Parsley to it... it was delicious! The other recipe was "Chicken Hash" and that was pretty good too. We always like to add some of our own ingredients and are planning to put Shredded low-fat cheese on top of it next time. We are looking forward to trying other recipes.
