Stilleto heels are sexy, but not very practical on the deck of a cruise ship.  Here are a few things to avoid when planning your perfect cruise assemble.

Avoid:
  • High Heels.  Boats rock and can often have slippery surfaces.  Go for shoes that offer some stability.
  • Sleeveless Outfits.  Expect some wind on deck and plan accordingly.  Ocean breezes can be very chilly even in the heat of summer.
  • Loose Hair.  Think wind.  Updos or other tied back hairstyles will look a lot better in those outdoor photos than wisping curls across your face (or worse, straight up in the wind)
