By Yoga Dawg on  From yogadawg.blogspot.com
The Suburban Redux owes it existence to the Lavender Haze, its spiritual sister studio from the city. As the owners of the Lavender Hazes get married and heads to the suburbs, they adapt the Lavender Haze in this new environment. This essentially means adding a New Age element to it and tossing out the cute stuff animals and Buddhas. There will still be the same lavender walls, ceilings and floors, but in place of the stuffed animals, you will find lavender crystals. The furry stuffed Buddha...Read Full Story

Yoga Studios - The Name Brand

By Yoga Dawg on  From yogadawg.blogspot.com
The Name Brand studio is the spiritual home of the Yoga Star. These are temple like environments that will have posters and sayings of the Yoga Star on the walls along with their overpriced classes. Though the size and interior style of this Yoga studio are not all that impressive or memorable, they nonetheless shine in the large and professionally designed area housing their Yoga shop. There you will find postcards, framed pictures, CDs, DVDs, books about or written by the Yoga Star. In...Read Full Story

By inspiration4women on  From famiss.blogspot.com
Breathing Space: Twelve Lessons for the Modern Woman by Katrina Repka and Alan Finger Book Review: A Yogis, relaxation experts and Buddhists all extol the virtues of breath for stress relief and claim breath work unlocks health-compromising stress patterns. From Everything yoga : So when you're feeling icky, bad, like dog excrement, sick, bummed, whatever, rely on a little pick-me-up yoga:    1. Ask yourself...Read Full Story

YogaAccessories (TM) 1/4'' Extra Thick Deluxe Yoga Mat - Dark Purple Decide Now

By Chompu on  From best-exercise-equipments.blogspot.com
This is my first yoga mat so I can't compare them to anything, but I did find it to be a little thin even though it is one of the thicker mats out there. I do my yoga on a wood floor and with the mat it is still very hard and not that comfortable. I can deal with it though. It is nice and long so i can stretch out head to toe, but the width is sort of thin too. Not very wide, so if I lay on my side with my knees at a 90 degree angle they go off the mat. They are very sticky so that is nice...Read Full Story
